Kirsty McTamney - Executive Director
Kirsty, the owner of Cabix, comes from a background in daily journalism and knows what makes news, how to attract coverage, and how to make the most of media opportunities.
Kirsty is an experienced media trainer and is also involved in providing all aspects of public relations, including issues management, media relations, and strategic media communications.
She has been integrally involved in a number of special public relations projects, focusing on generating awareness and understanding of specific issues management.
Kirsty has been course controller for three papers at Massey University, two in Public Relations papers and one in media studies. She holds a Certificate in Journalism from Wellington Polytechnic, along with a post-graduate qualification in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Education and English).
Where needed Kirsty is supported by on-call consultants who bring specialist expertise to the table.
